I have over sixteen years’ experience as a world-class writer and editor, specializing in web site content, articles and blogs, marketing materials, Business to Business copy, media pieces, newsletters and various works of fiction.

I nurtured documents through editorial, graphics, production, compliance, and internal/external content review.

And I’m an award winning journalist and poet. And a world-class proofreader, content strategist and copy editor.

Paying great attention to detail and nuance, I’m extremely reliable and open-minded, responsible and deadline-driven. I’ve used various MS and Mac computer applications. 

Fluent in written and spoken Japanese, and competent in Spanish.

I love lighting up an audience when speaking about marketing and communications to groups such as the International Association of Business Communicators, American Society for Quality, Project Management Institute, Houston’s Asian Chamber of Commerce and many civic or community groups..

Decades of business experience include developing and leading seminars and series on marketing and international business. Some of my students and clients were the University of Washington’s Graduate School of Business, the State of Oregon, Itogumi Construction, MentorGraphics, and the Embassy of Japan.
